On production errors on all Clarijs products we give a 2-year warranty.
On all other products the legal Dutch warranty period applies.
Shipping
If you order within the Netherlands we will send your package for free from € 125,-.
Below € 125,- and outside the Netherlands you always pay shipping costs,
You can also choose to pick up the order free of charge, we will call you when the order is ready for you.
We do not pay shipping costs for any exchange of an order.
Delivery time
At Clarijs, we manufacture all products by hand. We aim to deliver stock products within a week.
The delivery time for non-stock products is 2 to 3 weeks (excluding self-assembled products).

First select your preferred bag size. Then choose the colour for each section of the bag. Use the product drawing with the A, B and C markings as a guide. This allows you to create your personalised bag step by step.

Our bags are handmade from durable Bisonyl PVC fabric. This waterproof, wear-resistant and colourfast material is also used for coating trucks. As a result, the bag is highly resistant to daily use, rain and moisture.
