The Simson Speed Binder Navy-White matches any bicycle due to its timeless colors.
This stylish three-binder speed binder is lightweight and strong enough to quickly and easily transport items on the bike. The quick tie can be easily clicked onto a bicycle. Or mount the quick tie with the included universal axle plate attachment to the rear axle of the bicycle
using a ring wrench.
