Refund & Return Policy

All items can be returned within 14 days if unused. There is no statutory reflection period for products that have been customized yourself, for example in the configurator. We do not pay shipping costs for the exchange or return of an order. The shipping costs already paid by the customer are always refunded.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically deposited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
